Can I see colors on a photo of my own house?

Yes, with the Exterior Paint Visualizer app for iPhone and iPad: take a photo of your house and preview paint colors on your real siding, trim and door. The app is a free download; its AI previews need a subscription. On this website you can compare colors on sample homes that look like yours, and the combo tool suggests trim and door colors for any body color.

Are the house photos real?

The before and after photos marked "AI preview, sample home" are sample houses we generated with AI and then repainted with AI, so they show how a color scheme reads on a realistic house. Photos marked "Real home" are stock photos of real houses (credited to the photographer), shown with the closest palette from our color list.

Will the colors on screen match real paint?

Only approximately. Screens differ, and outdoor light changes how paint looks through the day. Use the visualizer to narrow your choices, then paint a large sample on your house and look at it in morning and evening light.

Are these real paint brand colors?

No. The colors here have our own descriptive names and hex values so you can explore combinations. Take the hex value or a printout to a paint store to find a close match in the brand you like.

Do you store anything I do here?

No accounts and no photos. The sample-home picker and the combo tool run in your browser. We also measure visits with Google Analytics, which sets its own _ga cookies (except in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland); see the privacy page.
